Le temps a passé très vite et c'est déjà juin, le bac qui approche et les élèves qui finissent une année qu'ils ont à peine vu défiler qu'elle est déjà finie.
Time has flown very quickly and it's June already, graduation exams are coming up fast and pupils are also finishing a year that they barely had time to see the end of.
Le jardin est superbe cette année, mais bien trop sec et envahi de prêle. Depuis 3 semaines j'ai du purin d'orties et de consoude qui macère à la cave, demain je le filtre et je commence du purin de prêle à la suite. J'ai aussi fait de la "soupe de mauvaise herbe" que j'ajouterai au compost.
The garden is great this year, but much too dry and overgrown with foxtail. I've had nettles and comfrey manure steeping in a bucket for 3 weeks, tomorrow I'll filter and bottle it up and then use the container for foxtail manure. I also have some "weed soup" that I will add to the compost heap.
Mais pour l'instant, je vais dormir du sommeil du juste : j'étais d'oraux d'examens pendant un moment, et demain c'est la première journée depuis longtemps où je peux rester au lit.
But for now, I'm going to sleep like a log : I had been assessing oral exams for quite a while, and tomorrow is the first day I can stay in bed - in a long time !
