Encore une journée sur les chapeaux de roue ! On s'est tous sentis un peu raplapla aujourd'hui, mais ça n'empêche pas nos charmantes petites filles de ne toujours pas dormir ! Elles se sont bien amusées ce matin avec Popotte, il s'est enfui plusieurs fois - et il a même été lâché dans le salon - mais Jean l'a toujours rattrapé, et à chaque fois elles saluent ses échappées par des sautillements et des cris et des rires perçants !

J'avance assez bien dans toutes mes choses à faire, j'aurais un tas de choses à raconter mais il est toujours tard quand je me retrouve à l'ordi... et demain Elise est invitée à l'anniversaire d'une petite copine. Rien de formel. On a été un peu prises de court, mais j'ai des petites choses en stock dans un sac à surprise, dont une petite pochette avec 5 bagues. Suffisant pour marquer le coup et faire plaisir, sans en faire des tonnes (j'ai connu des gens qui ne pouvaient pas s'empêcher de venir avec 5 albums à colorier et des gadgets à chaque visite, même sans anniversaire ! Mais non tatie Céline, je ne parle pas de toi, c'était quelqu'un d'autre) Demain matin je coudrai une petite pochette en tissu pour l'emballer, Elise lui fera un dessin et je parie que ça lui fera très plaisir. Bon, il faut que j'aille au lit sinon je finirai de nouveau à minuit en me disant "J'aurais du aller au lit plus tôt..."

Well, another day that felt like a whirlwind ! We all felt a little weary today, nonetheless our little darlings are still awake ! They really had much fun this morning with Popotte, who hopped out of his cage many times - Jean even let him run around in the living-room - but he always caught him, and each time he was out they jumped and ran around giggling and screaming !

All the things I have to do go along smoothly, I would have tons of things to tell but it's always late when I get to sit at the computer... and tomorrow Elise is going to one of her friend's birthday. Nothing fancy and formal, it was on short notice for us but I have a "surprise bag" full of little things and treats, so I found something for a little girl : a little pouch with 5 rings. That will be just right to show we want to make her happy, without overdoing it (I knew people who couldn't help coming with 5 coloring books and tons of other gadgets on each visit, even with no birthday celebration ! No no auntie Céline, I'm not talking about you, but someone else !) Tomorrow I'll sew a little bag to wrap it into, Elise will make a drawing and I guess she'll be real happy. Well, I have to go to bed now otherwise it'll be past midnight and I'll be thinking "I'm exhausted, I should have gone to bed earlier..."
