Today is Ascencion Thursday. I could stay in bed until 8 (what a luxury !) and take my time for breakfast, for a nice shower and then I headed out to the forest to listen to the birds chirping, the leaves rustling in the wind, and do some Tai-Chi exercices out in nature. I've felt rested, re-balanced and serene again.
Unfortunately I didn't have my camera with me - the pictures are from other short evening strolls throughout the village with Jean.

A day off can be so rejuvenating. I think you spent yours in just the right way.
Here in Canada Monday is a holiday - Victoria Day, it's called, and originated to celebrate the Queen's birthday.

I hope you are enjoying a restful weekend, too.
