It's done ! c'est terminé !

Depuis la semaine dernière, mais en ce moment, je n'ai pas beaucoup de temps pour moi. Je cours tout le temps, les conseils de classe approchent, je dois constamment noter et faire des choses et généralement je n'ai pas l'occasion de faire de longues pauses. J'ai retrouvé l'envie de travailler au jardin et ce week-end j'ai pu faire du désherbage, épandre un peu de compost et pailler pour préparer la terre au froid qui arrive... mais pas partout. (soupir) Bon, mon jardin est sorti vivant du grand froid de l'hiver dernier donc il survivra à celui-ci.
En attendant je dois y aller et en rentrant il faudra que je finalise les préparations pour demain. Jusqu'ici je tenais le coup mais là je sens que petit à petit je deviens de plus en plus fatiguée... il y a trop de choses qui s'accumulent. Demain j'ai rendez-vous chez un sophrologue, on va voir si ça peut m'aider.

It's been so for a week now, but lately I haven't had much time for myself. I'm always running, the class meetings have started, I must constantly write down things and do them and I can' t really take super long breaks. I did find new motivations to work in the garden, and this week-end I spent a couple of hours weeding, spreading compost and mulching to get the ground ready for the cold that's coming our way... but not everywhere where it's needed. (sigh) but my garden survived the latest winter, so it can bear the coming one.
In the meantime I must go to a class meeting now and when I come home I'll have to put the last touch on tomorrow's programme. Up to now things had been running relatively smoothly but I start feeling that it's becoming too much, too many things piling up. Tomorrow I have an appointment with a sophrologist, we'll see how it can help me.
