Bonne année ! / Happy New Year !

People say that you have until the end of January to wish a Happy New Year, so I'm not late yet. We have been very busy with numerous things, and I had been feeling very tired and worn out lately ; here's why on the above picture. So now we are in the heart of winter and we feel like staying indoors, which we did this week-end (the girls had fun baking) and I slept most of the time. I have papers piling up but I guess the students will wait a little longer.

I wish you all a very good year. May it be sweet and filled with good things !

Hi Carole! Thanks for your comment about the petits patés de Pézenas! It's interesting that you can be in the area without discovering them - I often think that I must miss things when I'm on holiday... It's interesting what you say about your eating habits when younger. Our Son 2 is incredibly fussy, and clearly genuinely distressed by strong flavours and certain textures. But I take heart from people like my sister, and now you, who have learned to broaden their tastes with maturity!
