Devinez où je vais... mise à jour / Guess where I'm going... update

Donc...

So yes, the temps have gone up, the sun has finally come out, and even if we had huge downpours, the weather is fine and not too chilly.
So... I'm in the garden !

So now I'm back from a wonderful afternoon where I worked a lot, I had fun, a rest in the sun, and I even made a new friend on the picture above. Laure likes him ? her ? a lot too, and even Elise who is not too fond of cats played with him ? her ? a long while on the terrasse.

Il commence à s'habituer à moi / He starts to get used to me
Il s'installe au pied du rosier / He's lying at the foot of the rosebush
I was in the middle of pruning the rosebush when suddenly he was here (I say he because the word "cat" is masculine in French, but we don't know if it's a he or a she), and he stayed in the area, coming, going, playing, coming back, and now at the end of the evening we really feel we have adopted each other. We would have loved to allow him into the house, but he has a collar and a family already, and we would have had to get him out anyway, for him to go back to his house, he has no litter here and I wouldn't have liked him to scratch the furniture or play with the curtains !

Not many flowers yet, but the soil is getting warmer and the weeds are starting to grow... which means that everything else will start as well !

semis d'agrostemma / rose campion sowings
semis godetia / farewell-to-spring sowings
My winter sowing are doing fine, as fine as can do in such humid conditions. The ones in the flats that were in a plastic bag are a little water logged... so they've been transferred to a sheltered area. I'll give you some more detailed news tomorrow - in the meantime, here is what has succeeded the best.

Lucky you! It is still cold, very windy and raining here! I want to plant my potatoes...

So glad you are able to get out into the garden. Spring took a step backwards here - it's colder than it has been, and rain falls.

Your seedlings are doing so well. I'm going to remember your method for next year.

Have a great weekend.

The bumblebee looks as if he was in a nectar paradise :)

Bon dimanche jocelyne
